Slots O’ Gold Game Guide

How Slots O’ Gold Works

Slots O’ Gold is a both-ways wins slot, which means you can make matching combinations from left to right and right to left. You have five reels and 10 paylines across which to match three or more symbols. Do that, and you can win prizes ranging from 5x to 1,000x.

That’s a wider range of payouts than most online slots, which is partly because Slots O’ Gold is a little light on bonus features. Don’t worry, though, because there are additional ways to win, including three progressive jackpots.

Rainbow Gold Mystery Symbols

As a homage to its predecessor, the Rainbow Gold logo serves a special purpose in Slots O’ Gold. Acting as a mystery symbol, the logo has the power to alter its shape.

That means it becomes a random symbol, except for wilds. All Slots O’ Gold mystery symbols become the same thing, so it’s a potentially powerful feature to trigger when paired with the both-ways win mechanic.

Wilds and Rainbow Respins

To keep Irish eyes smiling, the team at Blueprint Gaming HQ chose a leprechaun for Slots O’ Gold’s wild symbol. Armed with a cheeky grin and a couple of neat tricks, the leprechaun can substitute for all symbols (except the Rainbow Gold logo) on reels 2, 3, and 4.

Besides taking the place of other symbols, this plucky character stretches himself from the top to the bottom of the gameboard. Once he’s covered an entire reel, he holds his position while you enjoy a free respin.

Finally, to top it all off, you get another respin if more leprechauns join the party. A trio of leprechauns can party at once, which means you can max out at three respins when you play Slots O’ Gold online.

Theme and Symbols

The ever-popular Irish theme is front and centre with this slot. Joining the cheeky leprechaun is a cast of craic-ing symbols, including shamrocks, harps, and pots of gold. The latter offer the biggest payouts, with five pots of gold unlocking payouts worth 1,000x.

Slots O’ Gold Game Details

Bets start at 20 cents and go up to $50. Whatever amount you commit, Slots O’ Gold has fixed payouts topping 1,000x, a medium volatility rating, and three progressive jackpots. Although they hit rarely, these Jackpot King payouts can be worth upwards of $1 million.

What’s great about these progressive jackpots is that they can strike at random, regardless of the amount you wager. As long as you make a real-money wager and the five reels are spinning, you could land one of these jackpots.
